The seventh annual Hearts and Hands conference is the premier event for healthcare assistants in BC, with the goal to CELEBRATE, EDUCATE, AND INSPIRE. Three one-day conferences are being held in Langley (October 26), Kelowna (October 28), and Victoria (November 1).

You won’t want to miss this inspiring and educational event. Tickets are limited and this event typically sells out. You’ll be inspired and engaged by the energy of our keynote presenter, Michelle Cederberg, who will share her Success-Energy Equation to help us focus and recharge work and life after the chaos of the pandemic.

The health and safety of all participants is important to us. Participants are required to be fully immunized against COVID-19. While mask wearing indoors is no longer mandated by the Provincial Health Office, we ask people to assess their own risk and decide what measures they feel they need to take to protect themselves or feel comfortable. We encourage the wearing of a mask during the conference, depending on each person’s own comfort level and risk.

  • Q: Is there discounted pricing for purchasing tickets in bulk?
    A: No, the ticket price is already discounted thanks to the generous support of our sponsors. The Hearts and Hands conference offers great value with two meals and a full-day program.
  • Q: Are meals provided at the conference?
    A: Yes, your registration fee includes breakfast and lunch. A variety of items to suit different dietary requirements will be available. We will also contact all registrants prior to the event to determine any special requirements.
  • Q: How do I assign tickets that I purchased?
